Thanks Vlad. I've been using your ini from the other thread.

What we need now is for someone to build that java gui so we can edit templates on our PC's. (I only drink java..)

There are 10 types of people in this world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

I propose we use this config file from Vlad for the standard Devo12 TX ini template

www.deviationtx.com/media/kunena/attachm...o12-6_2013-06-28.ini

It's from this post: www.deviationtx.com/forum/custom-layouts/1934-devo-12#11499

If you like it, you can integrate it to default layout ini file

I did, but I thought it is also a good template and example to have as default if one build from source, e.g. The starting point for a new Deviation users on the 12s.

I will include Vlad's template in the template library, but not as the default. I need to figure out how I want to handle the devo12 specific stuff 1st though.
The default needs to be a 4/6 channel display. If someone wants to put one together, I'll switch the current one over.

I moved Kdean's template to a new thread. please one design per thread to keep the forum searchable.

You can edit them on the emulator which is 'on the pc'. I've mentioned the potential for a full-featured gui for the PC, but it isn't even on my radar at the moment.

I'm not sure that 4/6 channels display will be the best solution. It's much easy to reassign objects or delete unneeded objects, than to add and place additional objects. Possible will be the best to hide(None) unneeded objects at default layout template, it allows to reuse object when it required.

That is fine, but the default still needs to be configured for 4/6 channels. Meaning sources start disabled.

Minor change. The order of toggles now fully corresponds to phisical placement of real switches. First row - short switches, second row - long switches.
