New deviation logo

Other than those legal side, please also take consideration when designing the new logo the visual appearance in monochrome.. what looks best in color doesn't always show up good in B/W.. for the sake of us Devo 10 and 7e users....

I like the word play of "Deviation", intentionally or not, but the logo should probably not resemble those of Walkera.

i think the name is perfect. it made me laugh (in a very positive way), when i first heard about the project and it really hits the bull's eye. i also don't think that the name could bring up legal issues, it's not a synthetic word and can't be protected as word itself. the the logo will cause trouble if walkera has a bad day. u'll never know.

Of course, it is ...definitely different!

It reminds me of The Pink Panther, this old cartoon - I believe the end title used such a font.
I would be curious if anybody with a big nitro heli could paint it in the sky...

Even though I only fly heli's, I like this one best, it has a nice clean and professional look to it.

I vote for the white heli.
The logo with the plane is too 'common', not very original, too 80's, not really 'different'
As PB I'm not really fan of the red, even for the 'ia', but I'm sure it needs a touch of color ... (Grrrrrr.. een? )
