Got the CB100 working flawlessly (too bad the tail boom sucks and now need to re/do upgrade, too fragile to stick with stock. Any CB100 folks have an idea for good tail boom upgrade. I bought a 4' sold carbon fiber rod for 4 bucks, thats .098" / 2.5mm as per specs and going to run the wires on the out side.

Made this (solid tail boom and wires outside) with some other helis (Nano CP-x, V100d08, mQx) and it works better than the original. A big problem seems to be torque in the boom, this is far better with a solid one.
The additional weight seems not to be a problem at all.

Where did you get the stuff. not too sure how long this company will take to ship me my rod. Really wanna get my CB100 back in the air asap.

I took standard material from a hobby store around here. There are cfk rods with different diameters between 0.5mm and 12mm, 1m long.
