[config] WLToys V911, 3 Flight Modes + Ico

Here is the model config that I use for my V911. I've also included my icon for it.

Rename the model.ini as needed and move over to any open space on your TX for testing.

FMOD 0: 100% throws
FMOD 1: 60% throws
FMOD 2: 30% throws, 45% rudder

W-_modelico_v911.png is just a preview of the icon.

Mode 2 is good for lil' ones.. Plan on using it for my 7 year old so he can have more fun flying the heli without me having to constantly hold the TX for him and make sure he doesn't go all out speed demon into a wall.

Control rates are all linear, not expo. I considered expo (and one channel may be set as) but could not warrant in my head why I'd want a curve set up, so decided against it.
