This model will work on the following helicopters
  • Walkera Super FP
  • Walkera Genius FP
  • Walkera V200D01 w/Devo Receiver RX2437V-D
  • Walkera V200D02 w/Devo Receiver RX2440V-D

  • Stick Mode 2
  • If you need Stick Mode 1, 3, or 4 load the model into your transmitter then change the Stick Mode in the transmitter settings.
  • Protocol=DEVO
  • TX Power=100mW
  • No Fixed ID
  • Throttle Hold is active on RUDD D/R switch.
  • Mix Switch is Gyro Gain.
  • 7 Point Throttle Curve.

  • Model 15 is for deviation firmware v4 and the DEVO 6/6S/8/8S/10/12/12S.

    * This model will not work for deviation firmware v2.1 or v3.

Fixed ID

My model does not use a Fixed ID.
If you used a Fixed ID with the original Walkera firmware you must clear the Fixed ID in the Receiver with the Bind Plug.
If you don't clear the Fixed ID the model will not bind.

If you want to use a Fixed ID you can enter the same Fixed ID you had for the original Walkera firmware.

Example: Your original Walkera firmware Fixed ID was: 123456

Assign the Deviation Fixed ID: 123456

You can also assign any Fixed ID that you want to use. You don't have to use the original Walkera firmware Fixed ID. Clear the Fixed ID in the Receiver with the Bind Plug then assign any Fixed ID that you want to use.

Gyro gain is controlled with the MIX Switch. These are the values I used then converted them to the deviation values.

Switch Position 0: 50%

Switch Position 1: 78%

Switch Position 2: 82%

DR/EXPO

Adjust D/R and EXPO to your personal preference.

Switch Position

0- ELEV D/R = 70% EXP +30%

0- AILE D/R = 70% EXP +30%

RUDD D/R = 100% EXP LIN

Switch Position

1- ELEV D/R = 100% EXP +30%

1- AILE D/R = 100% EXP +30%

RUDD D/R = 100% EXP LIN

If the tail is too touchy for you add some positive expo.
Try +20%. EX: RUDD D/R = 100% EXP +20%

Download the Configuration Settings File.

Right click the "model.ini " and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" depending if you are using IE or Firefox.

Install the configuration settings file into your models folder (See my How to video below).

This will over-right the current file so make sure that model slot doesn’t
have a model being used in it. If it does rename the configuration settings file
to another number that you have free.

Example: The file you downloaded is named model5 so change the “5" to another slot
number that you don’t have a model setup for. If you have model slot 6 open rename the file to model6

Hi, which transmitter are you using for the heli? The Devo transmitter or WK-2801 Pro?

Also can you go into the Channel Reverse Setup and tell me what each one is set to for ELEV, AIL, THRO, RUDD. Each one will be Nor or Rev.
Once I know this and what transmitter you have I will be able to tell you if you can use my model or not. If not I will make a model for you. All I would have to do is make some changes in the settings for your transmitter and servo Channel Reverse settings.

Sorry for the poor info,

I have the devo10 and have just put on deviation 4.0.1.

I just got the heli BNF so i dont have a model setup yet but the instructions say

swash type: 1 servo normal

The instructions dont have the devo10 settings But the Reverse switch settings are all shown as normal for devo6,7,8,12.

Thanks, that is everything I need to know.
From what you posted all my model settings are the same as the V200D01 settings so the model will (should) work for the V200D01. You can use my Standard Settings or Beginner Settings model.

Let me know if you try the model and I will update my posts that the model will also work for the Walkera V200D01.

Your welcome.
That's Great! Thanks for letting me know. I have updated my posts that the model will also work on the Walkera V200D01 with the Devo Receiver.
