Jumper 3 step switch confugure HELP !!!

I need help configuring 3 step switches on my Jumper.

I try but i don´t how config 3 different values.

This video, while not exact for the jumper, is what i used ->

I did it with setting the switch I wanted to use to a channel, then going into mixers,choosing complex ,then setting 3 mixers.
Page one of that mix with the switch in the top position,page two is the middle and page three is the bottom.
In all 3 mux =replace, curve = fixed, scale = the value i want the switch to have in that position. Mine were 100 / 0 / -100

If someone knows a better way please post!
