That LemonRX will bind with either DSM2 or DSMX, you'll have to select which on your Tx.
Gut reaction: use the lemonRx unless you need the extra channels. It weighs less, the satellite should allow for better reception, and it's not clear the walkera has a failsafe feature.
The Naza should come with instructions on setting up your Tx. If you're having trouble with that, tell us which parts you're having problems with.
