The blade uses DSMx or DSM2. I believe there are model.ini files available in the forums if you search for them. But use a google search ( www.google.com/search?q=url%3Adeviationt...ceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 ) instead of the site search.

Also, update to 5.0.

I was able to get a correct dsmx file from another user and got it connected and flying. If I update to 5.0 do I need to backup all of my files? Does it erase everything when updating? Thanks for the reply.

Yes, backup anything you don't want to lose.

Does it erase everything when updating? ...

Yes, installation replaces everything on your transmitter.
... Unless you use the Devation Uploader 0.8.0 tool, in which case you may be able to protect those items you do not wish to overwrite ...

Just curious what would be the benefit going to 5.0? Thanks sorry for the stupid question, just want to see if there is a real benefit to upgrading.

What are you upgrading from?

There are lots of new features, protocols and bug fixes compared to 4.0.1. It's seriously to long to list.

If you're running a nightly from this year, then it's mostly bug fixes and more protocols. If you have an issue, going to 5.0 will be the first thing your'e asked to do before anyone looks at it.

Well I am 4.0.1 I went to 5 and my screen had a couple of issues, so I went back to 4.0.1. I have been told to re-download and try again so I am working on that now. I really want to get my CX-10 going, but also my Inductrix wouldn't fly either it would bind but no response from the throttle which was weird.
