Noob issues with Hubsan x4 bad drift...

Hi all, this is my 1st post here, new to this!
(New to Devo/Deviation that is, not new to x4)

I just got a Devo7e & installed A1705 module, Deviation FW & x4 model .ini...

Devo Binds ok, LEDs on/off ok, calibrates ok, but...

No matter how I calibrate the x4, it always drifts violently off to the front/right & yaws slightly left.
With Devo fully trimmed the other way it's still not right.
If I bind to stock Hubsan tx all is good, stable as usual.
I have tried 2 different x4s & both behave the same, with stock tx all is good, with Devo7e drifts badly always the same way.
Propping up the x4 during calibration isn't a fix either, the fact that the stock tx (I tried 2 different ones, both "beginner" & "expert" modes) suggests it's something in the Devo settings or model .ini, but the model.ini file is the one DL's from here that others are (presumably) using with no problems.

Any ideas?
Hopefully it's just me
Thanks in advance!
(I hope there is a fix for this, I bought this Devo cos it should be better than the stock tx, so far it's worse!) :(

have you modify your trim settings or subtrim

Mine used to do that, but then I calibrated the sticks on the devo 7e and she flys streight with barley any trim..

just go into transmitter settings and down to calibrate and follow directions

Yeah, must be something with Tx stick calibration like they said. I've just installed my A7105 on an 8S (I got it purely for the Hubsan compatibility like you), and it works like a charm. Hope you get it sorted out! Which version of the X4 are you flying? I'm using it with my H107D and it's made a huge difference in control. Hope it stops raining here so I can try it outside soon.
