EAchine / Gin H7 was created by goebish
Hey,
I just implemented the EAchine / Gin H7 protocol (requires nrf24l01), here are test builds:
Devo 7e: www.dropbox.com/s/xe5mdprhqru1niu/deviat...e-H7%20test.zip?dl=0
Devo 10: www.dropbox.com/s/fry4c2g480pq7cq/deviat...0-H7%20test.zip?dl=0
Channel 5: rate
Channel 6: flip
Channel 7: elevator trim ( see this post )
Channel 8: aileron trim ( see this post )

If you're looking for a nano quad I really recommend this one, it's a tad bigger than cx10 but flies way better !

It's binding and I can fly after inverting AIL & ELE in mixer. Drifting/sliding to the left

Thanks, this should be fixed now, guess I've bad template files in my TX with swapped aileron & elevator channels
Use channel 8 to fix the aileron drift, or channel 7 for elevator drift.

Speaking of protocol trims, I'm a bit ashamed to ask, but how do I assign trim switches to a channel ? eg 1 click on left aileron trim switch = -5% on channel 8 (+ stop this trim button from acting on aileron channel).
edit: that's as simple as that:

It is because you've to set protocol trims ....
(I think they set accelerometer offset)

SeByDocKy, here's how to assign trim switches to protocol trims:
Go to Model menu -> Trims
Then configure like that (mode 2):
(why 3.3 step ? because the stock tx has 31 trim steps on each side, 100/31 = 3.22)
Then the trim switches will set the protocol trims
I found that H trim direction is inverted, I'll fix it in code later, but first check that it works for you please.

Yes, guess the H8 mini is using another protocol, is it using a xn297 as rf chip at least ?

Goebish, I guess you need also to configure the mixer as complex on aileron/pitch channels, and select "No trim" for these channels.

Default simple mixer is fine.

No, that's not required, I had a look at the mixer output, trims don't affect aileron & elevator channels when reassigned like I did.Durete wrote: Goebish, I guess you need also to configure the mixer as complex on aileron/pitch channels, and select "No trim" for these channels.

That's weird, it works perfectly on my side, here's my .ini (you may have to adapt it for 7e, for the rate switch).
