Fayee FY801: let's start to dev it was created by Sicon
Hello! I know many of you are busy coding protocols for other quads so I'd like to learn how to do by myself. I bought a logical analyzer and did a sniffer of the binding sequence of my FY801, here there are a screenshot to check if I did well and the data of the binding (take it as a sign of my good will to learn :D )

This is the binding file - Updated 25/10/2015 - sequence from TX power on, up and down thrust (this quad bind procedure is like the CX-10)

If all is ok I can provide the other data you need and if someone could give me some hints on how to code this protocl I can try by myslef (I have some experience with coding).

thank you in advance!! :D

These are some results after the bind (it's a little confuse to me), I grouped the bytes as packets as the program suggests (it looks to the enable signal)

Packet 1
0x1F
0x00
0x00

Packet 2
0x3F
0x77
0x80

Packet 3
0x25
0x41 *
* this value rounds in this sequence:
0x41
0x0B
0x4B
0x3C
0x02
0x21

Packet 4
0x1F
0x00
0x00

Packet 5
0x3F
0x77
0x00

Packet 6
0xE1

Packet 7
0x27
0x7F

Packet 8
0xA0
0x00 Thrust (0x00 to 0xFF)
0x00 Rudder (0x00 to 0xFF)
0x00 Trim Rudder (0x0E to 0x72)
0x00 Elevator (0x00 to 0xFF)
0x00 Aileron (0x00 to 0xFF)
0x00 Trim Elevator(0x0E to 0x72)
0x00 Trim Aileron (0x0E to 0x72)
0x00 Inverted flight (0x00 normal, 0x0F after press the inverted button)
0xC1 Don't know, seems the CRC but can't find how it calculates

Don't know if this helps or not, please let me know if you need some specific thing or trace to analyze

Thank you!! :)
