@Ryou I'm not sure of your question, but if you're looking for a RX to buy for use with deviation get an iA6B or iA10.
For iA6B you may have to update its firmware if you want telemetry to work:

I'm sorry, my English is not good.
I have a FS-IA6B 'Ver1.8 firmwear'. It was different in content only 1byte to do with your 'ver1.6'. It would be the difference of maybe TGY and Flysky.
I have a TGY-i10 Ver1.0.8. 'S. BUS 'is supported is useful to connect to the helicopter for the gyro.
Please come and support the Devo even 'S.BUS'.

Ah ok I didn't know, I've to update the i10 to 1.0.8 and check that.
Also, can you tell me which byte is different between the 2 firmwares ? (or share your 1.8 bin).

It has stopped publishing.
FS-IA6 receiver is operating without problems.
I was confirmed.(Devo7e,10,8S)
Than there is no need to buy?

Maybe the rx also has a customized firmware? Fact is on the TX one has to use an extra step to enter the menu (opposing to the original FS i6).
You're in france, right?
I have 2 banggood RTF quads (one is broken anyways) and would be happy to send you one TX/RX set. At vacation atm, can drop them at the post office at friday.

Thanks for the offer, maybe when I'm done with Alexandro's i10 and Evil Pusher's RXs I'll ask you to send them, but I already have too much stuffs that aren't mines on the bench for now

@dropax
I'm sorry for my bad English.
Your receiver will work perhaps normally.
After the LED blinks slowly. (BIND procedure)
There is a need to turn off the power of the transmitter and the receiver once.
Try to check again.

Thanks for the hint Ryou. I didn't powercycle the devo every time.
How many channels did you use with the iA6?

The protocol always transmits 14 channels, unused / unavailable channels are just set to neutral value (1500 µs).

Ah ok, so the number of channels just determines how many are present in the menus.
Will try again as soon my family is awake.
Edit: yeah, it works now!
Totally against my habit and good RC practice:
-bind
-power off TX and RX, remove bind plug
-power up RX
-power up TX
Thanks for your development and help guys!
P.S.: my offer to @goebish still stands and you can keep the stuff.

'IBUS' output port can be changed to 'S.BUS' output.
Select the 'RX setup' in the Menu 'S.BUS'.
To 'MIKADO VBAR Gyro' has been used in connection with 'S.BUS'.

Hmm thats an interesting feature !
Deviation should than be possible to do it, I assume the RX firmware just to switch and encode ibus or sbus
At least I used the ibus with Betaflight and it worked!
Anyone know if there are lipo cell sensor, I like to get lowest cell votage or alarm. Monitorring total pack volt, to put alarm I find a bit less nice.

Thanks Ryou, I've to update the firmware of the i10 I have to check how it works and add it to Deviation, that shouldn't be hard
Fernandez, no, you'd have to use x external battery sensors. I don't know much about the ibus protocol, but I guess it should be possible to build a sensor (with only an Arduino + a few resistors) that would report the lowest cell voltage only.

Hi Goebish any chances to get this AFHDS 2a protocol into the nightlies, I have upgraded my 7e at the time to ultimate 7e with new cpu, so I am no longer to use the protocol, as it is not part yet of the U7e builds. Athough the protocol maybe not 100% implemented at least it seem stable and was already very functional.
This will become my ne protocol of choice for my models, Vbat, RSSI and Ibus/sbus. good range, cheap.
There is also a new compact Rx out now too Ia6c

Here's a build for Devo7e-256:
www.dropbox.com/s/3waz8x510zj6o46/deviat...0.0-e541061.zip?dl=0
I don't want to merge it as it is with trunk, there's not much things left to do, I'll have some holidays in 2 weeks, I should be able to do that, eventually
