Tech RC syma clone?

Hi all,

I've got a Tech RC clone syma drone. I bought an nrf24l01+ module thinking the syma protocol would work. It doesn't.

It uses an XL297LBW transmitter receiver with a F130G6 processor which is practically unheard of as far as I'm aware.

Id really like to get this to work with my new devo 7e as the hubsan protocols don't work either and it's beginning to look like my purchase of the 7e was a waste of money as so far it hasn't achieved what I wanted it for, a single controller for my drones!

Really not having much luck.

Scratch that, tried every single protocol until suddenly it bound on the bayangtoys protocol. Assuming it's an x8 now.
