... or maybe this is totally normal that there's no activity on the SPI bus while you navigate in the screen menus...@Daryoon, I'm sorry but I think there was a problem with your latest dump, 27 first seconds are OK, I can see the frames where you enable/disable LEDs but there're big holes in the dump after that.
Is your logic analyzer plugged directly on an usb port or is it on a hub ?
I think I see a new Tx frame type starting with 0x40 instead of 0x20, maybe this is what sets the vTX frequency.
more things start to emerge ....

The frame is sent twice each time a new frequency is set.
There're 20 of those frames in the latest dump, = 10 frequencies changes, exactly what I see in the video.
Daryoon, which devo TX are you using so I can build you a test firmware ?
Do you already have an a7105 in your Devo ?
I think frequency selection is the most important (and most easy to implement into deviation), I can have a look at telemetry later.

I can upload firmware and test whenever you're ready.
What am I testing for? I didn't follow what you guys were trying to do. LOL

Do you have another 5.8GHz receiver and screen or goggles ? on which frequency ?

I suppose one of the other guys with FPV goggles will be a better test candidate.
I am still researching on a good pair of goggles for FPV.

I can not get past that splash screen without the X4 quad bound.
You can see that splash screen briefly in the video I uploaded.
It stays on that screen indefinitely when a X4 quad is not detected.

Then when I bound the X4 to my devo. The LCD on the Hubsan TX still shows black.

Totally black or do you still have menu control, timer and tx battery level green overlay ?Daryoon wrote: I did that. The minute you remove the battery from the quad, the LCD on the TX shows black.

You skip the "bind to plane" by pressing the right square button for 2 seconds. This allows you to monitor any 5.8 frequency or watch older recorded videos on the sd card.

Ah, good to know.
I bound to the Devo7e.
Then turn on the Hubsan TX. Pressed the right square button. Got past the "Bind to Plane" message. However, still no video.
What should I try next?
