No, it is a default one indeed.

yeah i double checked when i saw this post, and it works on other sites that use gravatar, i've refreshed my gravatar image so i'll wait and see if this site updates it and i'll post back and let you know

By goebish's post I see "I Void Warranties". From the html I speculate this is from the Profile Information Personal Text field. If so, this post should show 'hexfet'. Not as good as having the username back, but it might help.
