I have checked, there is no 5v voltage going into VTX & RF, because the line was cut off earlier.
do i have to do?

I found an unstable voltage on the 5V VTX & RF pins, as well as on the 3.3V pin If I reconnect the line that was cut off earlier.
what do you think is the real problem, is the problem with L04A & 1292z?

I had a hope that VTX and RF module 5V power go over lover trace. You need find the way to disconnect all 5V components, connect cut trace and then connect one by one and check 5V: two LDO (probably desolder), VTX and RF module (disconnect). Do not mess LDO, they are different.

You can go by reverse way: connect cut trace, disconnect VTX, check 5V voltage, if no 5V, disconnect RF module, check 5V, if no 5V, disconnect one LDO, if no 5V, disconnect second LDO. If no 5V, I don't know what is next to disconnect.

I have already done. but the 5V voltage is unstable. up and down & sometimes disappear.
Is MP1584 really broken again? & sometimes the voltage is at 7.4V then drops to 5V from the SW MP1584 pin

yes I removed the LCD, VTX & RF sockets.

If I right understand both LDO remain connected to 5V. Can you again disconnect cut trace and see will be 5V stable or not?

First 5 pin chip L04A is LDO 3.3V
Second 5 pin chip 1202z is Step-Down DC-DC convertor

I have already done the path with both LDO installed.
however the 5V voltage is still unstable.
are there certain components like resistors / capacitors & diodes which disturb the voltage of 5V from MP1584

it seems I have found the problem. i.e. L04A & 1202z ...
1. I installed LP45 without 1202z. Then I connected the 5V line and only the buzzer turned on.
2. I installed 1202z without L04A, apparently the condition of 1202z was very hot.

it looks like these two components are the problem. or there are other ideas before making sure that the two components are the problem.

I don't know the destination of 1202z and its output voltage. You can try install L04A only, check 3.3V and try connect VTX, RF and LCD, one by one, and check 5V voltage. If 5V is OK, probably 1202z is faulty.

when I installed L04A, the voltage coming out of the LP4A output was less than 3.3V, only 2.7V and it was not stable (up and down) as well as the 5V voltage. unstable when I installed the LCD socket, the voltage immediately decreased to 4V.

What is your input voltage? With MP1584 Vin - Vout > 3V, so input voltage has to be at least 8V.

I use 2S batteries, at that time the battery voltage was 7.8V. :Hah: : lol:
because of high voltage concern when using 3S batteries..

I destroyed the L04A with a 3S battery.
Maybe 1202z also hit but not like L04A with burning / burning condition.
is there another way to replace the 5V & 3V power.
Please help me.
