XK K110 (S-FHSS) build for Devo 7E and Devo 10

If you press bind button on K110, it turns off the LED and waits for the signal. On Orange it blinks and either binds - becomes green, or not - becomes red. On TX it's not a Bind, it's Re-init, I don't know why it is written "Bind" on it, I'll figure out. The S-FHSS does not have a specific bind signal, the RX just recognizes the signal as belonging to one of S-FHSS TXs and binds to it.

Great, I'm relieved. I need someone with original Futaba S-FHSS RX's to test it. Especially check the directions - I copied XK's, but am not sure they are correct.

Ok I need to define a model for the X350 ...

Coz it's strange ... I can invert motor rotation with hold switch (CH6) for me.. It should be when throttle is above or not 50%

5 - low (I set -100) is 6G (I don't know what this G stands for, I call it 6-axis), high (I'd set +100) should be 3D.

The protocol itself is AETRGP12 where 1 and 2 are two Aux channels. I suspect you can add 4 more channels but don't know does Futaba have more than 8 channel receivers for S-FHSS. The protocol temporal resolution is 6.8ms, spatial - 10bit or 1024 steps out of which less used - it's centered around 496, not 512 or 511. At least in XK's version.

They have R3008SB with S.BUS, but it's T-FHSS - it seems it's with telemetry. I found an interesting proposition on eBay - www.ebay.com/itm/Futaba-10J-S-FHSS-Helic...ver-MD2/281968812268 , but I really really don't need it myself - I have no models to fly with it. So, until next clone.

Ok what I need is when CH is 3D (the light is well turning to red), now I need to apply CH6=+100 when throttle is above 50% and -100 when throttle is below ...

I hope I am clear :)

CH5, not CH6. CH6 is pitch. And if you share this model file it would be great. I have installed the CC2500 module into unmodded otherwise Devo 7E, so I'm missing switches for full setup.

I think this is controlled by the return value of the protocol command PROTOCMD_CHECK_AUTOBIND

Nice work! Good protocol to add :)

Thanks guys! It's really encouraging to hear this! I will finish it up very soon.

I'm also interested in tests against Futaba's S-FHSS receivers.

Also, I'm looking at T-FHSS - does anybody know is it also CC2500 based? There is a deal now on eBay, it's very tempting, but a little out of my price range.

Used 10J for couple hundred. The problem is, after hacking it I have absolutely no use of it, and I have so many radios already - all these heaps of plastic, mainly toy grade ones.

I need expert in config file for the XK X's 3D quadcopter (X350 and upcoming X100, X251, X252)

First of all, we need basically only 3 2-way swiches : Th Hold, D/R, 3D/6G. I would like a basic config compatible from a 7E...
So Th Hold can be the HOLD1, D/R = FMOD1 and 3D/6G can be the lower throttle trim for example ...

In 6G, for the X350, throttle stick behaves normally: From 0 to 100, motors spinning always in the classic rotation sens
In 3D; here the lowers RPM value is at central throttle stick position. Above motor are spinning in the normal way (from +small_value to 100 I guess) and below motor's rotation is inverted (from -small_value to -100 I guess)

I hope I was more or less clear ...
