Don't you have a Deviation transmitter ?

If you only have a 4in1 maybe Pascal can do it ?

If I'm not mistaken that's the same protocol than the Bayang / X16-AH but it requires a different flag for motor start/stop:

I'm wondering if I could do something as simple as replacing:
BAYANG_FLAG_EMG_STOP = 0x04,
with
BAYANG_FLAG_EMG_STOP = 0x04|0x08, // 0x08 for VISUO XS809H-W-HD-G

no issues here - havnt tested via sd card but pritty sure camera still n video also controlable
