iRangeX iRX-IR8M 2.4G 8CH Multi-Protocol

So one says it is exactly the same, the other says it has no firmware.

As far as I know all 3/4-IN-1 modules have/had firmware and I'm pretty sure the IR4X has an STM32.

what is the same is the module itself but as you have been told what controls the firmware of the module is the deviation firmware

hi, i have a transmitter-IR8M 8CH Multi-Protocol - where I will find the PPM for the second external module ? (Jeti Duplex TU)

Black - PPM ?
Red - GND ?

GND I measured on a black pin in P11 (down), in the middle is 3.3V and there is no voltage on the yellow pin (top).
But PPM does not go to the second module either from the middle or from the top pin.

I figured out my misconception regarding the "module" and its firmware, after inspecting said "module". The actual RF board indeed has no firmware, it just uses CS lines and the board the "module" comes with runs the STM32 with firmware.

Once I get it swapped out and do some testing with it over the coming days, I'll report back if it fixed the dropouts.

I have an electronics and programming background, don't worry

But the big problem that the module have is that there are two pins shorted or more depending on the TX
Because of that the company are changing the module un version 2
If you are able to remove the short I think that the problem can be solved

Do you remember the diameter of the original socket on the right for put an vibration motor ? And you confirm me that with the "deviation-ir8m-v5.xxx" firmware the vibration works well?
