I think you can flash T8SG nightly build. First backup Tx filesystem and check if it has firmware *.dfu file, in order you can return back.

If it will work, LCD driver is the same as T8SG.

Bear in mind you will have RUD and AIL reversed.

If you want to calibrate sticks and knobs, I think you need toggle shoulder switches to you (open switch), since they connected to AUX4 and AUX5 lines.

I think outer 2-pos switches can be replaced by 3-pos switches without any mods. The shoulder 2-pos switches can be modded to "H" and "G" switches the same way as for T8SG.

I havn't iRangeX iRX-IR8M but from images it looks like it is Flysky AFHDS 2A receiver:

If it doesn't bind, try to use "Freq Tune" protocol option with step 10-20.

Try these two builds with different contrast setting (last number at archive name = 24 or 25) and say which will be better. I think it will be 24. Also, try with all contrast settings (off, 1-10).
